It was a Lapaz batchoy filled day in November as more than 1800 cups of this native Ilonggo dish were concocted during the Supersized Cook Off event organized by SM Hypermarket on it’s anniversary. A nationwide event happening in major gastronomic destinations like Pampanga, Batangas and Cebu, the Iloilo Bloggers Inc supported the event just like most blogger organizations in these places giving more it more mileage in the new media.
