John Ross

Perfectly Imperfect!

From the depths of a native town came a boy whose nature and behaviour are usually misterpreted by the crowd. They think that he was unfriendly and self-centered but when they just try to peek close enough to see a bare and helpless creature they would probably think again. They thought he was not worth it of their company but the fact is he wanted all the company he could get to fill in the gaps that existed between him and his father. They think he was useless when he is actually a great help in all things should they ask him. They think he was lonely and for the first time they were actually right. Yes… he was a misunderstood person, but he is doing his best to reach out to the world and shout out his feelings and thoughts to reveal his real self… How funny because he is exactly just like me!

I am a non-showy but very emotional person. I kept all my feelings inside that people thought me to be always jolly when in fact I am hurting inside. So when My first blogging experience has come to a realization I put it in mind that I’d continue doing so to do the following: Express my feelings… share my hidden thoughts… share my favorite past-time by reviewing books and movies and, most of all, to shout out my real ME.

During the darkest of my dark days, an urge told me to do something and I decided to read the hated alert of a blog. It usually maddened me to see a heap of alerts that someone has updated their blog, but on that day when I tried to peruse on the blog pages of a certain blogger it enlightened me — it made a spark deep within that maybe I could do the same. I was inspired by the blog’s contents and at times it made me laugh out loud. So I dug up my thoughts and connected each words to form a phrase until came out my very first blog entry. And what’s more it was about the person who initiated me to do so, thanking him for bringing me into the world of blogging: Again, thanks Darcy Arnie Mirasol.

  1. here, at last, i got the time to comment on this.

blogging, for me, is nothing, except that it is just a mere expression of one’s self about anything he could think of, and anything that he wants other people will know. personally, i look at blogging as my way of shouting myself out! that’s just it.

but i never knew that by blogging, i have helped myself know myself more.. i allow other people to know the inner me as well. and, by blogging, i never knew that i could change people’s perspective– just like you! you look at blogging at a different way now!

so, may be, blogging is not just a mere expression of yourself.. but also a way to learn, to discover, to shout yourself out..

however you look at it, one thing is for sure– it helps us in anyway.
