Events Conspire

I started blogging when I was still studying in Manila, back in the days when blogging wasn’t a world wide phenomenon. No one actually introduced me to blogging, probably the reason I started one was not actually for the love of writing, though its a part of it, but mostly because of boredom. It was then that I used to regularly update everyday, writing about everyday nonsensical things about weird thoughts, cynical opinions and semi raging reflections.

There was a lot of bad spelling and wrong grammar.

Then I went back home to Iloilo, and my entries are reduced to a weekly thing, since the internet connection here sucks and, weirdly enough, have more incidental brownouts than Manila. But that still doesn’t reduce my love for Iloilo, I’ll take the brownouts and ghastly internet connection here anyday in exchange for traffic, pollution,
bad cono’s etc.

If I have one gripe, its the lack of good books here, or even a decent bookstore … but I digress. Where was I? Oh yeah, I grew up in Iloilo, with WVSU and UPV in my belt (Manila was a fluke, but a very good one) . Now proudly working in AM Builders Depot, I may not have the time to blog regularly, but at least I have time enjoy life. And hopefully blog about it soon.

Hmmm, so why do I blog? I like to write. A lot. Like I can’t stop. Ok, I’ll stop. Now. That’s it.
